How do I reset passwords for users?

To reset the password for new and current Cortico users, follow these steps!

  1. Login to your account on your Cortico homepage (eg. clinicname.cortico.ca)

  2. Go to "Settings" in the dropdown menu

  3. Go to "Staff" in settings

  4. To reset a password for a new user, first add the new user by clicking "Add User". Read this to learn more on how to add new users.

  5. Click on the pencil icon on the far right of the user name

  1. Click "Send Welcome Email". This will send an email that contains a link to reset the password. Please note that this link expires after 48 hours and it must be re-sent afterwards.
