How do I add/update appointment status codes in Cortico settings?

Appointment statuses are used to mark appointments for different purposes, such as To Do, In Room, or Billed.

If you'd like to update the appointment status codes in your clinic's Cortico, follow these steps to learn how!

Steps on updating appointment status codes in Cortico:

1. First login to your given admin account on your Cortico homepage (e.g. clinicname.cortico.ca).

2. After your successful login, please click on the Menu from the right corner.

3. Click Settings and General should be the page that opens up.

4. Scroll down and click "Show Advanced Settings"

5. Under "Appointment status settings", update any appointment statues and click "Save" once completed.
