Option to prevent patients without a health card booking

1. Patients now have the option to Leave their appointment during a video call, directing them to a post-appointment booking page.

2. Patients can cancel their appointment via the patient portal up to 24 hours before the appointment.

3. Patients can confirm their appointment via the patient portal if the appointment confirmation workflow is set.

The term "booking flow" in error messages in the booking flow has been updated to "service."
