1. Updates to Request to Book:

1.1 - Added additional statuses to reflect patient email activity.

1.2 - When creating a new request to book, the user will now be prompted to select a provider before selecting the workflow.

2. Updates to Payments:

2.1 - Allowed overdue invoices to be re-sent to patients.

3. Updates to Appointment Booking:

3.1 - The sequential booking mode config now only returns the first time-slot for each provider on the specified date (instead of the first time-slot in each continuous block).
