Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to Appointment Booking:

1.1 - We now skip the first step of booking (entering the patient's PHN/email and date of birth) if the patient is already signed in (has recently authenticated with PHN/email+DOB and 2FA).

1.2 - [Ontario patients only] Added version code expiry date to the new patient form.

2. Updates to Request to Book:

2.1 - Changed sorting of booking invites to "date created".

2.2 - When creating a new invite, the last-used workflow and provider will be auto-selected.

3. Updates to Payments:

3.1 - Fixed bug where payment success is not saved if the payment receipt failed to send.
