Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to Appointment Booking:

1.1 - Fixed a bug where form responses may show an already filled out form as a blank form when going back from Step 4 to Step 3.

1.2 - Cortico will now allow the booking of new appointments at terminals without using queue numbers.

1.3 - Changed the field name "Sex (on your Care Card)" to "Sex (on your Health Card)" in the new patient form and terminal booking screens to be more general across provinces.

2. Updates to Provider Dashboard:

2.1 - Cortico will now redirect to the provider's daysheet automatically if only one provider exists.

3. Other Updates:

P.1 - Fixed a bug where, when sending a two-way message, a "loading" indicator would be shown despite the message already being sent successfully.

P.4 - Fixed a bug where, when composing a new message that contains the same subject line as an existing conversation, the conversations will merge.

P.5 - Fixed a bug where work and cell phone numbers would appear identical when in viewing a previous conversation.
