Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to New Patient Forms:

1.1 - Fixed a bug in the new patient form where an error would occur when going back to Step 3 from Step 4 if forms were enabled.

1.2 - Renamed "Care Card" to "Health Card" to be more generic across provinces.

1.3 - Renamed "811 Doctor" option in the "How did you hear about us?" question to "Health 811".

2. Updates to Appointment Booking:

2.1 - Covering locums can now be added to the provider list for Health Team workflows (not just Family Doctor workflows). The locum provider will still need to be added to the health team workflow.

2.2 - Providers and staff with "admin" access level are now able to join the video appointments of other providers.

2.3 - Fixed a bug where the loading state is not preserved in step 1 when booking as private patient. Also added a message for Accuro patients who are using Cortico for the first time.

3. Updates to Patient Forms:

3.1 - Removed email PDF attachments of form responses. Cortico will now link to the daysheet and/or patient tasks page to view responses instead. Added the option to download a PDF of form responses from the daysheet (or re-upload to EMR, if enabled).

4. Other Updates:

4.1 - Renamed the field "send_reminders_for_empty_resources" to "enable_appointments_with_empty_medium", and extended this field's scope to also hide these appointments on the patients' daysheets.

4.2 - Fixed a bug where the daysheet fails to load if there are "invalid" tasks (form tasks with no form attached).

4.3 - Made UX improvements to the QR verification report page.
