Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to Appointment Booking:

1.1 - SMS reminders for video appointments will now use a shortened URL to link to the patient portal.

1.2 - Health Team workflows have received a number of UX improvements:

• If the primary team is fully booked, the additional team will automatically be loaded.

• The red banner will only be shown on step 3 after additional providers have been loaded.

• The wording on step 3's red banner has been simplified.

2. Updates to Pharmacy Selection:

2.1 - Added a "geographies served" field to specify which provinces a pharmacy is active in.

P.1 - The conversation filter on the patient messenger will now remain on the last-selected state when the plug-in is open and you are navigating within it.

P.2 - Sending a new message within a conversation can now send a notification to the patient via SMS or email, depending on the provider’s choice (previously it would only notify via email).

P.3 - Various 2-way patient messaging UX improvements.

P.4 - The tooltip on 'read' checkmarks will now display "Read by <name>" instead of showing a checkmark only.
