1. Updates to Appointment Booking:

1.1 - Updated UI for the patient contact info section in step 2 of the booking flow.

2. Updates to Request to Book:

2.1 - Fixed a bug where clicking on a request to book invite was not auto-filling the patient demographic information.

3. Other Updates:

3.1 - [Accuro] In the /settings page, in the EMR settings, the Accuro Redirect reply URL had the wrong link. This has been fixed.

3.2 - Changed the "Click here" image used in some emails to an HTML button.

3.3 - [Accuro] Fixed a bug where looking up a patient by email would only search the first 50 records.

3.4 - [Accuro] Improved performance on final step of appointment booking.
