(backend) Performance improvement — don't check for "available today" in the First Available Walk In workflow, since this workflow doesn't let you pick individual doctors.

Added appointment status for each medium for booking (In-Clinic, Video, Phone). Appointment status will now be based on the selected medium when booking an appointment.
