Patient Forms Updates:

1. Patients can now upload photos or documents in the New Patient Form and Terminal booking. Previously, file upload questions wasn't supported if the form was in the New Patient Form or Terminal booking. 

Automated Clinic Billing Updates:

1. Change the tax rate to be handled automatically by Stripe (calculated based on province of clinic).
