Patient Forms Updates:

1. Fixed bugs for two "How will patients access the form" values: "New Patient Form" and "Terminals":

• Forms set to "New Patient Form" will now appear for new patients when booking online or at a terminal.

• Forms set to "Terminals" will appear for both new and existing patients when booking at a terminal.

Other Bug Fixes:

1. Added validation and error handling if the patient enters an invalid date of birth (e.g. 1990-01-50).

Updates for Accuro Connections:

1. Improved handling of refreshing tokens to check if the Accuro server is reachable before attempting to refresh tokens.

2. Updated instructions in Clinic Settings page and added a section to verify that OAuth tokens are valid.
