Communication audit trail

Cortico provides an audit trail for doctors to mitigate the risk of communication liability. A patient's consent to electronic communication is displayed, along with email subscription preferences. Read receipts indicate whether or not patients opened the message. In addition, messages can be copied to encounter notes that are saved with the patient chart.
