After Launch: What's Next?

What happens after we go live in Step 3.2?

Congratulations on going live!

After going live, we usually conduct a Business Review to check in on how things are going after 2 weeks. If one hasn't been booked already, you can contact us at help@cortico.ca to let us know what time(s) work best for you. Of course, if you have any immediate questions or concerns don't hesitate to reach out before then!

Now that online booking through Cortico is being used for your clinic, it's a good time to revisit what Cortico features and automations your clinic is currently using. For example, after trying online bookings for Family Doctor appointments, you may want to try adding other workflows or appointment types. You may also want to make some configuration changes, change what messages/policies show up on the booking page, or even have some feature requests. We also recommend clinics book at least one training session with us (or attend the monthly new-user webinar) to ensure you understand how to use all of Cortico's features, including the plug-in!
