If you would like to include a pop-up before a patient enters a video appointment, you can let us know at help@cortico.ca and we can add that for you. We can also add messages specific to the provider as well!

Below is an example of a type of message you can include. Feel free to use this as a template to construct a message with!


"Welcome! I will start the video call as soon as I can. If we run into technical issues, I will call you over the phone.

Phone or video appointments will be made at a specific time, but please be aware that these times can be give or take 15 minutes from the scheduled time as I may be running slightly behind if managing urgent and unforeseen issues in an appointment preceding yours.

I might also be early, so I recommend logging on 5 minutes before the appointment time.

Please note this video call is secure, and video or audio communication is deleted at the end of the connection. By starting this video you acknowledge your consent to use this video platform."
