Healthcare is complex, and workflows are diverse.

Providers have many different ways of caring for patients, and Cortico strives to support every medical workflow, while offering you highly optimized and researched patient engagement workflows.

Step 1. Configuration

Cortico is highly configurable and flexible to meet a wide array of medical workflows. When you start using Cortico, our team will set up the software based on your practice needs. However, not every possible change is possible via Configuration.

Step 2. Pilot

It's important to try Cortico in your practice, and then meet with us to express any feedback on how it could improve. If you commit to trying the system, then we will more than return your commitment from our end to ensure it works great for you. If challenges can be demonstrated when trying out Cortico as it is, we are committed being supportive of their resolution.

You'll set goals such as eliminating inbound phone calls, no-shows and tedious admin tasks using Cortico.Achieving these goals is the real purpose of Cortico.

We most often are happy to find there are positive changes at a clinic, when they start using Cortico. However, something that always occurs is a lot of learning and changes in priorities as a result.

However, note that if your practice is not able to try the product, and you ask for changes without testing it, we generally won't be able to accomodate your request. Under special circumstances exceptions may be made but at minimum there will be a steep surcharge for pre-launch customizations.

Step 3. Review

After trying the product, we can track progress against the goals we set for the pilot and consider revising configurations to try other workflows based on what we have learned together.

Step 4. Requesting a New Feature

it will often be possible to rev, you identify changes that are important to your practice, please use the Feature Request Form for clinics. This is designed to help prioritize the many requests Cortico recieves.

We want to ensure any change we make benefits you and other practices to the greatest degree possible. It's expensive to build and maintain healthcare software so we appreciate all your feedback and assistance in getting it right!
