1. Updates to Appointment Booking

1.1 - Updated wording on the post-booking confirmation page when no tasks are assigned. Cortico now displays workflow-specific policies (aligned with the appointment-specific patient portal view).

1.2 - [Accuro EMR] Added support for Ontario health card expiry. Patients with expired health cards are now required to update their information before proceeding with booking.

2. Updates to Video Appointments

2.1 - Fixed a bug where video calls could freeze when switching cameras.

3. Updates to Patient Forms

3.1 - Fixed a bug where duplicate questions appeared after removing a previously selected multiple-choice answer.

4. Updates to Patient Tasks

4.1 - Added mass actions (resend reminder, cancel, archive) to the Patient Tasks page. This allows users to manage actions for multiple tasks at once.

5. Updates to Provider Home

5.1 - Updated sidebar menu items when a patient is selected to better reflect patient-specific navigation.

6. Other Updates

6.1 - Fixed a bug in the new patient form where special characters in patient names were incorrectly encoded.

6.2 - Added a total FTE count by location on the Clinic Billing page.

6.3 - [MedAccess] Added support for uploading documents to the EMR.

6.4 - [MedAccess] Fixed a bug where patients did not receive email confirmations after cancelling appointments.

Cortico Plug-in:

1. Messaging

1.1 - Fixed a bug where messaging did not work when a patient had no phone number on file.

1.2 - [Accuro Plug-in] Added the ability to preview files attached to a message before sending.

1.3 - [MedAccess] Fixed a bug where the conversation list failed to load.

2. Circle of Care

2.1 - Introduced a Circle of Care data model in Cerebro.

2.2 - Updated patient authentication so patient-to-clinic matching is handled through Circle of Care instead of the Patient table.

2.3 - Updated the codebase to use Circle of Care when determining a patient’s associated clinic.

2.4 - Automatically create or update Circle of Care records when patients interact with a doctor or clinic.

2.5 - Backfilled Circle of Care data using existing patient and clinic relationships.

2.6 - Added a REST API for Circle of Care.

2.7 - Added a feature flag to enable or disable the Circle of Care feature.

3. Cortico AI

3.1 - Fixed an issue where AI Patient Summaries were not working in Oscar Pro.

4. UI/UX Enhancements

4.1 - [MedAccess] Fixed an issue where an incorrect font was applied across the plug-in.

5. Code Quality and Architecture

5.1 - Updated the plug-in to fetch patient contact information from the get patient API for MedAccess.

6. Testing

6.1 - Added E2E test coverage for opening the Scheduling page from the E-Chart.

6.2 - Added E2E tests to verify patient replies to doctor messages and corresponding notification updates.

6.3 - Fixed flaky plug-in unit tests.
