Here is a list of the information we would need from your Oscar provider:


1. Your new Oscar host URL
(If you have a new local IP, please also forward that to us).

2. Please let us know the exact/approximate time of the change


3. Please make sure the Cortico login is transferred and active 

Cortico Team: make sure the SOAP API and AuthO token remain active/ regenerated and assigned for execution at a specific time. 


4. (Juno EMR only) Cortico IP address:  

Please whitelist Cortico's cloud IP address (192.30.89.37) to ensure we can connect by that time 

 

5. (THT Oscar only) If you are using Oscar's location feature, please make sure that the site names are not changed during the update. THT uses numbers for site names, which may be changed to names after you upgrade your Oscar. This will cause all your appointments with the old site name to disappear from your schedule (but are still booked), causing you to miss appointments. 

You can see your site names by going to Administration > System Management > Satellite-sites Admin. Cortico also needs the correct site names to book appointments properly. You can find them in Cortico Settings > Locations, "Oscar Site Name".

If it does happen, please contact WELL support immediately to change the site names back to the old values.
