1. Updates to Request to Book:

1.1 - Implemented quick-select buttons (e.g. 30, 60, 90 days) when setting the booking range.

1.2 - We now set the default value of the booking range to the previously selected value (per user) when creating invites.

2.1 - Updates to the pharmacy selection UI: added help text and a quick-select button.

P.1 - Fixed a bug where old conversations were showing up as 'unread' on the scheduling page.
