1. Updates to Pharmacy Section in Booking Flow:

1.1 - Added support for configuring and displaying dispensing fees and delivery timelines for delivery pharmacies.

1.2 - Updated pharmacy information text in emails.

1.3 - Removed the behaviour where a promoted pharmacy would be selected by default when choosing 'pick up' during appointment booking.
