Updated "Remember my info" to be saved globally for the current session.

Included a non-required option to select a user with providers for /system-status page.

Fixed getting document preview link for plug-in.

Updates to Day Sheet Performance:

1. Removed action buttons in the appointment list.

2. For non-Accuro clinics, additional appointment details will only load if an appointment is selected.
