(Beta) Continued work on the Accuro integration.

(Beta) Payments: Certain services (Reason for Visits) can be configured to require payment when booking an appointment.

Added email reminders 1 day in advance of the appointment. This is helpful for appointments booked at short notice, since previously the latest email reminders we send are 2 day reminders, but appointments booked <2 days in advance wouldn't receive any reminders.

Updates to the new patient form:

1. Postal codes will be auto-formatted to the pattern "A1A 1A1".

Updates to appointment booking:

1. Bugfixes in diagnostic questions.

Updates to the Clinic Settings page:

1. We now automatically change a user's attached providers to "active" when deactivated users are reactivated.

2. Fixed a bug where null values were not allowed in the "Contact Email" field.

Renamed the "Video appointments" page (and link) to "Provider schedule".
