Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to Custom Clinic Landing Page:

1.1 - Added a sort order for the "Our Team" list.

2. Updates to Appointment Booking:

2.1 - Fixed bug where "Remember me" was not saving previously selected pharmacy info.

2.2 - Updated the Health Team workflow to allow patients to either book with the primary and additional team together, or only with the primary team.

3. Updates to Patient Forms and New Patient Signup:

3.1 - Allowed the new patient signup process to be standalone (through /new-patient-signup-check/).

3.2 - Allowed form responses to be viewed in the Patient Tasks and standalone form response pages.

3.3 - Added options to download form responses as a PDF, or re-upload them to the EMR from the Patient Tasks and standalone form response pages.

P.1 - If the last message sent is a file, it will show a placeholder indicating that the file was sent.

P.2 - Added the patient's name to email notifications from the plug-in.
