1. Updates to Appointment Booking:

1.1 - Online booking will hide the "any provider" option if the "Emphasize family doctor in booking" configuration is enabled and automatically select the patient's family doctor.

1.2 - Made wording updates to the post-appointment booking page.

2. Other Updates:

2.1 - Fixed a bug where some text was missing from the marketing poster when printing.

2.2 - Pending form tasks will now be shown when the patient books or checks in to an appointment at the terminal kiosk.

P2.1 - The plug-in will now save the pharmacy's automation state. It will return to where the user left off, if interrupted.

P2.2 - Added the ability to enable auto-send receipts when submitting Consultation Requests, so that users can remind the patient of their consultation upon submitting.

P2.3 - The clinic name will now pre-fill on the sign in page for faster logins.

P2.4 - Removed hard-coded hex code.

P2.5 - The "sign up" modal will now pop up once per day.
