1. Updates to Appointment Booking:

1.1 - Selecting dates outside the booking range in 'Any provider' mode is no longer allowed.

1.2 - Email reminder schedules can now be customized on a per-workflow basis (rather than one single clinic-wide setting).

1.3 - Updated the patient agreement email to emphasize that it's a patient consent agreement and is not confirmation of attachment to a family doctor.
