Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to Request to Book:

1.1 - Users can now archive completed booking invites. The "Delete" button has been changed to "Archive".

1.2 - Added status badges.

1.3 - Changed the sort order of booking invites (booked or expired requests will move to the bottom; pending requests will move to the top).

2. Updates to Patient Forms:

2.1 - Alert emails sent to the patient will now always direct the clinic to fill out the form in the general patient dashboard, rather than occasionally linking to the video appointment portal.

2.2 - Added an option to display free text questions within either a small textbox or expandable text area.

2.3 - Added the option for dynamic EMR demographic and date fields to populate multiple times within the same output PDF template.

3. Updates to the Patient Portal:

3.1 - Fixed a bug where going to the patient portal for a cancelled video appointment would incorrectly set the appointment status to "Here".

3.2 - Patients are now able to upload files directly from the patient dashboard.

4. Other Updates:

4.1 - Made improvements to the "Install EMR Plug-in" toast on cortico.health, so that it will only appear if the user doesn't already have the plug-in installed.

4.2 - Added the provider number to the dropdown and removed duplicates in the "Create Invoice" form.

4.3 - Fixed a bug where the "Choose Appointment Type" page was blank if clinic had no publicly available workflows.
