1. Updates to the Clinic Settings page:
    1. The Workflows tab has been redesigned to show Workflow default settings, instead of Workflow settings for individual doctors. (Workflow settings for individual doctors can be configured in the Staff tab.)
    2. In the Staff tab, the Location field is now required for clinics with multiple locations set up.
    3. Bugfix: In the Staff tab, we now return an error if the user enters a booking range end time earlier than the start time.
  2. Updates to the New Patient signup form:
    1. Added a "How did you hear about us?" field with the following options: N/A, Internet Search, Clinic Website, Clinic Physical Location, Email, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Student Care, Radio, Newspaper, Referred by a Friend, Pharmacy, Other (custom text).
  3. For clinics with the "Confirm appointments" feature enabled: Removed the restriction on *confirming* appointments within 24 hours.
