  1. Updates to SMS:

    1. Unsubscribed phone numbers which failed to receive SMS.

    2. Added a field for dedicated phone number for clinics.

  2. Updates to Diagnostic Forms:

    1. Added display options for single choice and multiple choice questions.

    2. Added functionality to allow changing previously uploaded file responses while filling out form.

  3. Added rule engine prototype.
