Cortico Plug-in:

1. Updates to Sign Up Sequence:

1.1 - Added a sign up screen inside the plugin so that new users don't need to open a new window to create an account.

2. Updates to Two-Way Patient Messaging:

2.1 - Added an "Online/Offline Status" feature that indicates whether a provider is available or away (for example, on vacation).

2.2 - Added the ability to mention and assign providers within conversations.

2.3 - The full text for the "Send" option will now be shown, rather than omitting the text with parentheses.

2.4 - Fixed a bug where conversations with patients were still being seen when the "Has Patient" box was unchecked.

2.5 - Added the ability to attach and send files for 2-way patient messaging text messages.

2.6 - Fixed a visual error where long subject lines would shift elements of the plug-in downwards.

3. Updates to Quick actions:
