Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to Request to Book:

1.1 - New patients are now allowed to sign up before booking their appointment.

1.2 - Fixed availability badge on booking page to reflect start date of invite

2. Updates to Patient Forms:

2.1 - Patients will now be allowed to type 11-digit phone numbers in their contact information (rather than just 10-digit numbers). If they do, the first digit must be 1 (North America).

2.2 - Fixed bug where appointment cancellation message would instruct users to email the clinic for further assistance, even if the clinic has no email. Clinics without an email will now show a prompt to call the clinic for further assistance.

2.3 - Fixed bug in question groups for patient forms, where the cursor would jump to the end of the question group rather than the first unfilled question.
