Patient Forms Updates:
1. Form responses can now be configured to save to Accuro or Oscar as lab measurements (only numerical responses are accepted).
2. Fixed a bug where multiple choice questions with answers that had a service fee showed a price of $NaN in the payment screen
3. Updated the UI for slider questions so that the default value is considered "selected" and loads the next question.
4. Updated the UI for text questions: Added back the explicit "Save" button, but now defocusing the text input (e.g. by clicking away) also autosaves the answer.
Clinic Settings Updates:
1. The workflow card when adding a new specialization for a provider shows default booking range and appointment duration in parentheses (similar to template codes).
2. When adding a new specialization, only mediums that have default workflow template codes will be enabled by default.
