Updates to Patient Forms:

1. In the form editor, you can enable "View form responses" which will display the shorthand names for questions and answers when viewing patients' answers in the Daysheet or Plug-In.

Bug Fixes:

1. [Only applicable to Juno EMR] The error message when new patients enters an invalid PHN has been updated to this specific error message on the new patient registration page:

2. Fixed a bug where if there's an error when first submitting the new patient form, if patients correct their data, they should now be able to resubmit their form successfully.

3. Fixed a bug where line breaks were being incorrectly removed from emails sent from the Plug-In's instant messenger.
