Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to Patient Portal

1.1 - Improved mobile UX for the patient portal.

1.2 - Fixed a bug where the appointment time still displayed in the patient portal even when “hide appointment time in reminders” was enabled for manually booked appointments.

2. Updates to Request to Book

2.1 - Created a more compact SMS-friendly booking URL for Request to Book links.

2.2 - Added CSV export support for the Request to Book table.

3. Updates to Patient Forms

3.1 - Improved UX to clarify when a clinic does not have standalone forms available when creating a task.

4. Updates to Payments

4.1 - Added an error message when creating an invoice if the patient’s email address is invalid.

5. Updates to Terminal Booking

5.1 - Added support for patient lookup using email or phone + DOB when private patient booking is enabled.

6. [Alpha] Updates to Provider Home

6.1 - Display the patient’s next appointment in the selected patient view.

6.2 - Updated UX for patient search and removed the feature flag.

7. Other Updates

7.1 - Performance improvements and small layout updates to the homepage.

7.2 - Added support for multiple clinic phone numbers to use as SMS “from” numbers.

7.3 - Updated SMS message wording to reduce message length.

7.4 - Prioritize email as the default 2FA method when a patient has an email address on file.

7.5 - Fixed a bug where duplicate patient errors displayed “undefined” instead of the clinic name.

7.6 - [Juno] Fixed an issue where the patient’s country code was removed when updating patient information.

7.7 - [OpenOSP] Added support for the new middle name field.

7.8 - [OscarPro] Fixed a bug where updating patient information changed “Consent to use email for care” to “Unknown”.

Cortico Plug-in:

1. Messaging

1.1 - Fixed a bug where selecting a conversation from the “My Conversations” tab caused it to appear under the Triage tab if that tab was open in another window.

1.2 - Removed redundant WebSocket messages triggered on message read.

1.3 - Fixed a bug where Accuro 2WPM notifications included unusable links.

2. Appointments

2.1 - Added appointment action options directly within the e-Chart.

3. Time Tracker

3.1 - Updated the UI for the Time Tracker feature.

4. Pharmacy

4.1 - Fixed an issue where the Fax option was missing from the Rx page on OscarPro and WELL.

5. Automated Testing

5.1 - Fixed E2E tests to support the latest Oscar Pro version.

5.2 - Updated and fixed VCN-related automated tests.

6. Code Quality & Architecture

6.1 - Restructured the sidebar store and navigation components to use a single, consistent model.

6.2 - Updated email-generation logic to ensure all required sensitive variables are included.
