All clinics in the premium plan are invited to book quarterly business review meetings with a member of our CS team. Before the meeting, we will review and make sure the following items have been completed:

1. Your clinic voicemail is updated

2. The "Book Now" buttons on your clinic website are large and prominent.

3. An auto-response is added to your clinic email

4. Your clinic's Google Reviews page is set up

During the meetin,g we will review your monthly booking numbers and discuss ways to increase it. Monthly costs will also be analyzed along with your booking results. We'll go over what went well and what can be improved through your clinic's end and on our end. We will also discuss the Cortico features your clinic liked and features you would like to be implemented for Cortico.

Setting quarterly and annual goals is important for any business, so Cortico will work with you on this and help you achieve them.
