Appointment Booking Updates:

1. Added security improvements to the patient contact info (phone, email, and address if pharmacy delivery is selected). Patients can update their contact info without revealing the previous contact info. 

2. Added instructions for inputting the version code for Ontario patients.

1. Fixed a bug in the form editor that occurs when changing the next question of a question to a later question in the form.
