P.1 - Fixed a bug where providers would not display correctly when typing "@" in the messenger with a large list of providers.

P.2 - Users can now refresh conversations when there is an error instead of having to go back to the list and reopen it manually.

P.3 - Fixed a bug where, when using the plug-in in the Document tab and adding multiple providers, their names would overlap.

P.4 - Fixed a bug where MOAs would get new unread messages from Provider-assigned conversations.

P.5 - Any MOA can now mark a triage message as read (globally), even if it has not been read by all staff.
