Updates to Email Reminders:

1. Fixed location in "Add To Calendar" for video appointments.

2. Changed location name to clinic's name for in-clinic appointments if no location is saved in the appointment and selected provider is in multiple locations.

Updates to Clinic Settings:

1. Changed "Cancel" button to "Close" when updating providers in clinic settings.

2. Fixed "Add Specialization" getting removed after adding specialization to provider.
