Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to Appointment Booking:

1.1 - Updated UI for provider, date, and time selection, including the following changes:

- Added a booking calendar to booking flow Step 3

- Moved the Provider dropdown to Step 3

2. Updates to Freemium Cortico:

2.1 - Updated the daysheet and basic site functionality to allow providers/staff to sign in without an EMR (from the freemium clinic signup).

3. Updates to Profile EMR Integration:

3.1 - Added document upload to EMR.

4. Updates to Clinic Settings:

4.1 - User Status is now called Billing Status, and is filtered depending on the role of the user (e.g. MOA/Admin; Provider).

Cortico Plug-in:

5. Updates to Canned Messages:

5.1 - UI changes to allow for easier searching of canned replies.

5.2 - Changed canned replies so that they are saved for each individual user rather than in the practice's local storage.

5.3 - The name of the canned response will now be listed instead of the subject line.

6. Updates to the Patient Messenger:

6.1 - UI changes to improve clarity and readability of whether messages are sent and/or read.

6.2 - New message added to window that appears when no conversation history with a patient exists.

6.3 - An email notification will now be sent to the main clinic email address when a patient initiates a new conversation.

6.4 - Patient notification emails will now display the doctor’s name in the text body (if sent by a doctor), or keep the text generic if the message is sent by staff.

6.5 - Date display has been changed for messages older than 24 hours.
