Updates to the Video Appointments page:

1. Show diagnostic questions in the Reason column (if applicable to the workflow).

2. Added a 50 character limit to total diagnostic question length to fit in Oscar's appointment notes field.

3. (only applicable if Pharmacy selection is enabled for the clinic) Fixed a bug in looking up and displaying the patient's selected Pharmacy where the page would crash if the appointment reason for visit contained similar text that is not a valid pharmacy (e.g. '[PHONECALL]').

Added the link to confirm or cancel appointments to the 2-day reminder emails.

Updates to video appointments:

1. Added a prominent "Click here" graphic for the appointment confirmation email for video appointments, to improve visibility of the video link for patients.

2. Old video links will now expire 1 day after the appointment has elapsed. If a patient visits an expired link, they will see the following message: "This appointment link has expired. Please check your email to see if you have an updated link, or contact the clinic for assistance."

3. If the patient or doctor is using IE, we now display a popup requiring them to install Chrome or Firefox before proceeding.

4. If the patient or doctor is using Chrome on iOS, we display a popup requiring them to use Safari before proceeding.

5. Fixed a bug where users could send empty chat messages.
