1. Updates to the Patient Portal:

1.1 - Removed the "Go to appointment page" button for phone and in-clinic appointments.

2. Updates to Patient Forms:

2.1 - The QR code verification has been moved out of alpha testing and is now available to all clinics. We also made some updates to the QR verification page.

3. Updates to Clinic Settings:

3.1 - Added an Address Note field.

3.2 - Added City and Postal Code fields.

4. Other Updates:

4.1 - [Ontario Patients/Juno Users] Fixed a bug in Juno clinics where the health card expiry date for Ontario patients was not updating in the patient master file.

4.2 - Fixed the missing padding above the clinic name on the Book page.
