Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to Appointment Reminders:

1.1 - The "Reminder emailed [date]" and "Reminder SMS [date]" text in the EMR Appointment Notes will now be included above the "--Cortico data below" metadata line.

2. Updates to Video Appointments:

2.1 - Fixed bugs with chat messaging and fullscreen mode on mobile devices.

2.2 - Updated pagination on new patient portal.

3. Updates to Patient Portal:

3.1 - Updated navigation element on patient messaging tab to be consistent with other tabs in the patient portal.

4. Updates to Patient Files:

4.1 - Removed the expiry date for downloading files sent from the provider in one-way messaging. We now require 2FA verification to download files.

4.2 - Updated the email template sent to patients - changed file links to buttons.

5. Updates to Patient Messaging:

5.1 - Users will be signed out of any currently logged in staff accounts if they go to the patient sign-in page (fixes infinite loading error on patient messaging page).

5.2 - Improved the wording of the error message that appears when a patient is unauthenticated.

6. Updates to Appointment Booking:

6.1 - Set the default pharmacy option to 'Delivery' for phone and video appointments. This was applied to all clinics, unless you have been informed otherwise by the Cortico team.

6.2 - Fixed bug where, when the "Allow multiple future appointments" option was disabled, multiple appointments could still be booked.

6.3 - Added back auto-triage performance improvements.

7. Other Updates:

7.1 - Added configuration which allows for the custom ordering of Locations on the homepage.

7.2 - Users can now enable/disable custom booking ranges for specializations. In the Clinic Settings page, the Specialization booking range start and end can be set to 'null', and will inherit ranges from the Workflow settings.

Cortico Plug-in:

P. Updates to the Cortico Plug-in:

P.1 - Updated filter settings on two-way patient messaging.

P.2 - Added the ability to send "specialist receipts". This allows family doctors to send patients a notification when they have been referred to a specialist. The notification contains details about the referral and instructions for following up.

P.3 - General, minor bug fixes.
