Added Punjabi translations for booking and terminal pages.

Updates to Emails:

1. Added clinic's name in "From" for emails.

2. Updated content for all emails including confirmation emails, reminder emails, and emails sent via "Send Link to Patient" in provider's portal.

Added a new configuration to enable/disable SMS notifications for walk-in appointments through terminal.

1. Patient will receive a notification regarding their waiting number.

2. Patient will receive a notification if it's their turn for their appointment.
