Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to Appointment Booking:

1.1 - Fixed a bug affecting the scrollbar display in Cortico's terms of service popup modal.

1.2 - Added a button to allow providers/staff to remove participants from video calls (e.g. if a patient joined twice by accident).

1.3 - Added invisible pre-headers to email templates so that the preview displayed in email apps starts with the content instead of the unsubscribe header text.

1.4 - Added more cancellation reasons.

1.5 - Updated Cortico terms of service text in English and French.

1.6 - Users are no longer able to confirm appointments after the appointment start time has passed.

2. Updates to Request to Book:

2.1 - Fixed a bug where email reminders for expired request to book invites were still being sent.

2.2 - Added configuration fields to allow for the adding of specific policies for request to book invites, similar to workflow-specific policies.

3. Updates to Clinic Settings:

3.1 - Inactive providers will no longer be shown when editing a Health Team and adding providers.

3.2 - Improved loading speed when saving providers.

3.3 - Added doctors' locations to the billing page.

3.4 - EMR username and password fields will now be shown for clinic staff with "admin" permissions.

3.5 - Added "display timezone" field for locations (used for clinics with mobile/travelling clinic services).

4. Other Updates:

4.1 - Fixed a bug where text in the Cortico online booking footer was overlapping with the next column.

4.2 - Updated the Cortico logo in the header and footer of the online booking flow to include a trademark.

4.3 - Implemented display improvements (rearranged some elements) on terminal page for smaller screens.

4.4 - Removed inactive forms from the list when assigning forms to patients in the daysheet.

4.5 - Made display improvements to the Plug-in button on the dashboard page and sidebar for provider/staff users.

4.6 - Fixed a bug where searching for conversations in the provider view of patient messaging had focus issues in the search bar.
