Clinic Settings Updates:

1. Added the option to add clinic contact phone. If included, the footer will show the clinic's phone number, and all error messages will include text prompting the patient to call the clinic.

2. Added "Job title" field to provider settings. You can change the provider's job title from the drop down menu.

Patient Forms Updates:

1. [OSCAR and Accuro only] Moved the option to save form questions that save to EMR labs/measurements out of alpha.

Other Updates:

1. Added the appointment Notes field to the daysheet.

2. Allow family doctors to be inactive but have active locums that are available for booking.

3. Updated wording for parent/guardians in the New Patient Form for children.

4. Removed default text for phone appointment ("Please make sure you're in a quiet, private location...") in the email reminder.

5. Removed "Tech issue?" Groove widget from terminal pages.

Bug Fixes:

1. Fixed a bug where appointment mediums shown in the cards in the Book Now page included inactive providers' mediums.
