Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to Request to Book:

1.1 - If a patient with an outstanding request to book schedules an appointment without using the booking link, Cortico will now check if both the booked appointment and request to book share the same provider and workflow and are within the same booking range. If they match, their request to book status will be updated to “booked”.

2. Updates to Patient Tasks:

2.1 - Added toggle to collapse inactive forms on Form List page.

2.2 - Added links to create and manage tasks from the patient page (used by Accuro).

3. Updates to the Cortico Plug-in:

3.1 - In the patient messenger, the '+' icon has been moved from the right side to the left for a better user experience.

3.2 - If no conversations are found in the patient messenger, the proper 404 screen will now be displayed.

3.3 - In the patient messenger conversation list, unread messages will be shown first, and then opened messages will be sorted by recency below those.

3.4 - Provider name display updates for 2-way patient messaging.
