Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to Appointment Booking:

1.1 - Usability updates applied to the pharmacy selection during appointment booking, as well as on the pharmacy info page in Cerebro.

1.2 - Fixed a bug where SMS reminders would not be sent out if the clinic reminder_time was within 90 minutes of the appointment.

1.3 - Updated the post-appointment page if the clinic has no public workflows to have a “Go to clinic homepage” button instead of a “Book a follow-up appointment” button.

1.4 - Fixed a bug where custom appointment durations caused the appointment timeslots to be offset based on the current time instead of the scheduled start time in some configurations.

1.5 - Added a message to the post-video call page when a patient is removed from a video appointment.

1.6 - Fixed a bug where clicking "Check other providers' availability" didn't open the provider dropdown.

2. Updates to the Patient Portal:

2.1 - Added consent and notification settings to the patient portal.

2.2 - Fixed a bug in patient messaging where the "Send" button was sometimes pushed off-screen on mobile.

3. Updates to Patient Authentication:

3.1 - On the patient sign in page, a more specific error message will now be shown if the wrong PHN and DOB combination are entered.

3.2 - Added a voice playback message if patients call the 2FA verification number.

4. Updates to Patient Forms:

4.1 - Fixed a bug where filling out forms sometimes caused an infinite loop in some configurations.

4.2 - [Cortico staff only] Fixed a bug where AI generation requests were timing out.

5. Updates to Request to Book:

5.1 - Fixed a bug where Family doctor workflows were not available when adding batch invites.

6. Updates to Clinic Settings:

6.1 - Users can now set workflows to inactive and collapse inactive workflows into a panel.

7. Other Updates:

7.1 - Added more validation and fixed inconsistent behaviour for allowed file types when uploading files in the patient portal or when filling out forms.

7.2 - Staff/provider users will now be warned if they have a compromised password when signing in.

7.3 - Fixed the alignment of Confirm/Cancel appointment buttons on homepage on mobile.

Cortico Plug-in Release:

1. Updates to Two-Way Patient Messaging:

1.1 - Added a file manager to view and manage all received files in one place.

1.2 - Added new behaviours to the "unsynced" indicator, allowing it to be viewed by non-members.

1.3 - Conversations will now remain in triage state until they are "actioned".

1.4 - Fixed a bug where MOA creation did not automatically sync emails.

1.5 - Fixed a bug where closing a conversation was not reflected in real time.

1.6 -"Me" filter will now default to false in the scheduling page if the user is an MOA.

1.7 - Fixed a bug related to unread highlighting for MOA-initiated conversations.

2. Updates to Patient Messaging:

2.1 - [Accuro] Fixed a bug where files added from the user's computer wouldn't render the file name in the encounter notes.

3. Other Updates:

3.1 - Prescription Receipt fax emails will now use the user's preferred name, if it exists.
