Pharmacy Selection Updates:

1. The "Appointment Booked" page now includes the pharmacy names as well as other appointment details.

2. In the patient portal, the pharmacy item has been moved to the last item in the list and will indicate if it's a delivery.

3. Updated text of the email sent to patients after selecting a delivery pharmacy.
