1. Updates to SMS Reminders:

1.1 - SMS reminders now contain the patient portal URL regardless of their appointment type. If needed, they will now also explicitly ask the patient to confirm their appointment.

2. Updates to Book by Invite:

2.1 - Actions on the "Manage Invites" page have been reorganized.

2.2 - Additional layout and UI changes have been applied to the "Manage Invites" page to make it appear more similar to other pages that contain tables (e.g. the payments page).
