Updates to Specialist Booking:

1. After adding a new specialist booking, the unique booking link will be automatically sent.

2. In the invite patient booking page, provider and specialization are separated for selection.

3. Added a link to the Specialist Booking page in the navigation menu.

1. Updated messages shown for patients who are blocked from online booking.
