Updates to reminder emails:

1. Reminders emails will now only be sent if the appointment status code is "valid". This includes these appointment statuses configured in Cortico (in_clinic_appointment_status_booked, video_appointment_status_booked, phone_appointment_status_booked, private_patient_appointment_status_booked, appointment_status_confirmed, appointment_status_here), as well as a new field (reminder_emails_status_whitelist) where additional "valid" appointment status codes can be added.

Updates to the footer:

1. Changed TOS link to https://cortico.health/cortico-terms-of-service.pdf, updated copyright year, and removed line about Cortico's origin.

Updates to appointment booking:

1. The workflow name in the earliest availability message is now capitalized (e.g. "Earliest Availability for Specific Doctor Walk-In is at 7 pm").

2. Fixed a bug where the earliest available date shown was sometimes showing a date in the past if the earliest availability was on the current day.

Updates to Cortico configuration:

1. The specialization "start-time" field has been renamed to "terminal start time".
